About Always Fysio

Always Fysio was founded by Martin Kielema back in 2013.

Martin is a licensed physical therapist with a Masters Degree in Manual Therapy since 2011.

In his work, he found that common problems required the same therapy every time again.

That’s when he decided to use his knowledge to help the people that aren’t able to visit his practice.

To give them a chance to take control of their pain and work towards a pain-free life.

And since he uses the same treatments to cure his patient’s, these treatments will also work for you.

Where the information and advice on other websites are generic and don’t provide specific details about the exercise you have to do, Always Fysio is as detailed as you want it to be.

Every exercise is explained in detail with a video where Martin performs the exercises himself.
